Terms & Conditions

• All the details submitted by the applicant must be genuine and true.
• Limited seats of 50 available per region (First come First serve). 10 regions are available for participation. One participant can only apply from one region. Participants must select the region nearest to them.
• Maximum 2 number of participants from the same school are allowed.
• Registered participants must attend the designated event venue at specified date and time by the Bank for participation. Competition starts at 10 AM onwards on Poush 06, 2081 (December 21, 2024).
• The venue of the event will be the Regional Office of the respective regions and for Kathmandu Regions the venue will be Central Office of the Bank. Details are as below:

• Participants are encouraged to come with one guardian or parent if possible. However, it is not mandatory.
•  The information regarding the venue & time will be made available through Bank’s website in notice section. Any participants unable to event on the specified date with automatically disqualify.
• The Bank as deemed appropriate can amend the venue, date of the event, seats for participation.
• Participants must bring their ID card and copy of the school recommendation/nomination letter to enter the venue for competition.
• Artwork must be created and submitted onsite and within the given time of competition by the Bank; no digital submission is allowed.
• The Bank shall provide only art paper and any other needed materials should be brought by the participants themselves.
• Travel to and attendance at the event is at participant's own risk and not the responsibility of the Bank.
• Bank reserves the right to disqualify or cancel the registration of any participants, without any reason whatsoever. 
• All the artworks submitted by the participants for this events shall be property of the Bank and the participants cannot claim any compensation if the Bank publishes the artwork digitally or through print. 
• No mobile phones or copying other’s artwork during the competition time at the venue will be allowed.
• If the participant is experiencing any health related issues and still enters the venue of the competition, the Bank shall not be responsible in case anything happens to the participant.
• Bank can decide whether to give the credit for the artwork or not.
• For the event in each region to be, valid, minimum participants of 15 must be present for the event. In case of lesser number, the participants shall be judged with the participants of the nearest region.
• PRIZE DETAILS: GRAND PRIZE of Rs 50,000/- for one winner and each regional winners gets CASH PRIZE of NPR 10,000/-. Grand prize winner will be selected amongst the regional winners, For the regional winner who wins the GRAND PRIZE , NPR 50,000/- shall be awarded and regional win shall be discarded and the winner cannot claim for the regional win prize money.
• Participant must have registered within 4:30 PM Mangshir 27,2081( December 12,2024)
• Participant’s immediate parents/guardians cannot be Bank’s staff members.
• The participant agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned while submitting the form.
